Senior Project Manager · Data Centre · On-site

We’re partnered with a project management consultancy to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a data‑centre construction project in Berlin. This client is open to considering both permanent and freelance applicants.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in technically complex environments and enjoys coordinating diverse teams to deliver large‑scale building projects. You’ll be responsible for aligning technical requirements, stakeholder expectations, and overall project objectives to ensure successful delivery.

What we’re looking for

  • A degree related to construction or technical engineering (e.g. building services, Project Management, Construction management).
  • Proven experience managing sizeable or technically demanding construction projects, ideally within mission‑critical or complex facilities (BESS, pharmaceutical, manufacturing etc).
  • Approximately 10+ years in project leadership, including coordination of multidisciplinary technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
  • Strong German and English language skills.

Our Three Pillars of Training

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
