Site Coordinator · On-Site

Site Administrator to join our client based Dresden, Germany (Eastern Germany), to work on a major oil and gas construction project.

The client is particularly interested in candidates with working experience any renewable, power distribution or power generation industries. This is a role to develop and deliver EPC/CAPEX projects, particularly interested in site based administration experience for construction projects.

The client works on national and international projects, having operations in multiple sites throughout the EU and world. The are happy with client side, consultancy or EPC company backgrounds. Working history on any form of construction site is applicable, providing you have suitable German language skills.

 

START: July 2026

RATES: Good market rates per hour/day or monthly salary

LOCATION: Dresden, Germany

PAYROLL: Freelance/Umbrella in country or permanent employment

DURATION (If contract): 24 Months

 

SITE BASED WORKING – German speaking role

The role is based in Germany, German is required for the role, but it is beneficial to understand European working environment/culture

 

Site Administrator / Site Coordinator

· 1-5+ years’ experience ideally on construction sites in Europe

· Any experience with site based documentation, planning, logistics and projects is very beneficial

· Excellent comprehension of office based software tools, Outlook, Excel etc..

· English professional fluency is essential

· German fluency is also essential (the company is not German based, but the client is fluent German speaking)

· Happy to work on a hands on basis, work in the office, construction site – working onsite location

 

The client requires a site administrator who will join them and work the entire duration of the contract, there is two years of work as a minimum; you will be supporting the projects management team for all duties required onsite, you will be an integral part of the site covering site inductions, logistics for management, goods in, deliveries, documentation management, coordinating between management and site teams.

These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
