Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee three interior fit-out projects across the Berlin area on behalf of our client. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction professional with a strong background in commercial fit-out projects who is looking for a flexible, part-time contract role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining health & safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate works across three active sites in the Berlin region
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within scope
- Monitor quality standards and resolve on-site issues efficiently
- Ensure compliance with German health & safety regulations
- Provide regular progress updates and site reports
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong background in interior fit-out, commercial interiors, refurbishment, or workplace projects
- Fluent German language skills (spoken and written)
- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Familiarity with German construction standards and regulations
- Available to work 2 days per week for an initial 3-month contract
