Role Overview
You’ll support a major process‑improvement initiative within a leading HR services organisation in Brussels. The focus is on analysing current operational processes, identifying inefficiencies, and shaping scalable, tech‑enabled improvements across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Map, analyse, and challenge existing end‑to‑end business processes.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Facilitate workshops with operational teams, product owners, and IT stakeholders.
- Support solution design, ensuring alignment with business goals and system capabilities.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for process optimisation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst on process‑improvement or transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of workflow design, process mapping, and optimisation methodologies (Lean, BPMN, etc.).
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams with clear, structured communication.
- Experience working in HR, payroll, benefits, or employee‑services environments is a strong plus.
- Dutch OR French is Mandatory
