Telecom Engineer · Remote

Our client is looking for a Radio Engineer (Telecom Engineer) to support radio systems packages on an FPSO project. The role can be remote, with an initial 2-week onboarding period in the office to meet the team and align on the project.

Contract Details:

  • Location: Remote (Initial 2 weeks in office – Esbjerg, Denmark)
  • Role: Radio Engineer / Telecom Engineer
  • Working Arrangement: Freelance / Contract
  • Contract Duration: 6 months (possible extension)
  • Hours: Approx. 50 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop radio communication systems for offshore FPSO operations.
  • Produce and manage technical documentation related to telecom and radio system packages.
  • Support integration of telecom systems with wider offshore platform infrastructure.
  • Work with project teams to improve delivery speed and quality of telecom system packages.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project management teams during system development and deployment.

Experience Required:

  • 5–10 years of experience within Oil & Gas telecom or radio engineering roles.
  • Strong experience with radio communication systems including DAS, Marine Radio, and TETRA.
  • Experience working on offshore projects such as FPSO installations is highly beneficial.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
