The Opportunity:
Join us as a 360 Recruitment Consultant and become a specialist in a high-demand market. This is a sales-focused, client-facing role where your ability to network, close deals, and outperform competitors will be the key to success.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Owning a market – become the go-to expert in your niche, UK focused market
- Building a business – create and scale your own client and candidate base
- Strategic sales – pitch, negotiate and close with decision-makers
- High-performance sourcing – identify, engage and place top-tier talent
- Personal branding – use digital channels to dominate your space and build influence

- Uncapped commission from day one – realistic Year 1 OTE £35-45k, Year 2 £50-70k, Year 3 £100k+
