The Role:
In short, you'll take ownership of the full recruitment life cycle, connecting top-tier talent with leading businesses while driving your own success. Responsibilities include:
- Be a trusted partner to both clients and candidates.
- Engaging with businesses to understanding their hiring needs.
- Use a variety of business development techniques to offer tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source and qualify talent via headhunting, networking, and job boards.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Contribute directly to revenue growth and the wider success of the team.
